ARE YOU CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN A DVS PROGRAM, OR HAVE YOU RECENTLY GRADUATED ?

Whether you’re working toward your DVS or have recently earned it, you must follow a few simple steps to obtain your competency certificate and become a member of FIPOE. All the documents and information needed to complete your registration are available on this page.

1

At the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ)

The first step to register as a worker is to go in person to a CCQ regional office to obtain your competency certificate.

2

At your FIPOE
regional office

The final step to complete your FIPOE membership is to visit one of our regional offices to:

  • Present your competency certificate;
  • Pick up your loyalty rewards, including a hard hat, a hoodie and a book on the history of the FIPOE;

  • Receive your membership card as well as the refund of the $100 fee paid to the CCQ for your competency certificate. You can then register on the labour referral list.
